硫酸氢钠催化合成异戊酸异戊酯的研究
Catalytic synthesis of isoamyl isovalerate with sodium hydrogen sulfate
【摘要】 利用硫酸氢钠作为酯化反应催化剂合成了异戊酸异戊酯 ,其最佳反应条件为 :催化剂用量 1 .0 g,醇酸摩尔比 1 .5∶ 1 .0 ,带水剂甲苯 1 0 ml,反应时间 1 .5 h,酯化率可达 90 .3 %。该催化剂易分离回收 ,可重复使用。
【Abstract】 Isoamyl isovalerate has been synthesized by using sodium hydrogen sulfate as catalyst. The optimized condition are follow: the weight of catalyst is 1.0g, the mole ratio of alcohol to acid is 1.5:1.0, the reaction time is 1.5h and the taking water reagent (toulene) was 10ml ,The esterification yield is 90.3%.The catalyst could be isolated from other matters and repetition use.
