松节油蒸馏系统的DCS控制
DCS Control for Turpentine Distillation System
【摘要】 通过对松节油蒸馏系统进行工艺分析 ,给出了需要控制的工艺参数 ,并设计了DCS控制系统 .根据各工艺参数的特点 ,选择了控制算法 .对于精确控制的参数 ,采用了模糊与PID混合的控制算法 ,而其他参数则采用PID控制算法 ,同时对大时滞参数 ,引入了预估器 .从而达到稳定生产、节能降耗、提高经济效益的目的 .
【Abstract】 On the basis of analysis on turpentine distillation system, the parameters that must be controlled are presented and the DCS control system is designed. Basing on the characteristic of the parameter, the control algorithms for controlling the parameter is investigated. For the parameters that need to be control accurately, the fuzzy and PID hybrid algorithm is adopted, and PID algorithm is used to control the other parameters. At the same time, a predictor is imported for some parameters with long delay. Therefore, the purpose that the process is stable and the economic benefit is improved is realized.
