昆虫气味结合蛋白研究进展
Study progress of insect odorant-binding protein
【摘要】 随着昆虫触觉气味结合蛋白的发现,目前,昆虫气味结合蛋白研究已进入细胞分子水平,昆虫学研究者希望从生化及分子水平弄清昆虫气味结合蛋白的生理功能,揭示昆虫气味结合蛋白与昆虫行为的关系.本文就昆虫气味结合蛋白的研究种类、生化特性、生理功能、目前存在关于昆虫气味结合蛋白如何执行其功能的假说等进行综述.
【Abstract】 Presently,the OBPodorant binding protein researches are stepping to a cell and molecular level.Entomologist hold expires to unveil the molecular physiological mechanism of odorant binding protein,and uncover the relation between odorant binding protein and insect behaves.In this paper,the odorant binding protein classes,biochemistry,physiological role and the function hypothesis are reviewed and discussed.
