紫斑百合居群生物学研究
The population study of Lilium nepalense
【摘要】 应用居群生物学原理和方法,以分布于云南境内的紫斑百合(LiliumnepalenseD.Don)3个居群为研究对象,从形态性状、常规染色体以及ISSR位点3个层次展开研究,旨在阐明紫斑百合的遗传体制和遗传多样性.紫斑百合为广布种,从滇西北到滇南都有分布.其居群内存在巨大的遗传变异,个体杂合程度较高,适应力强.杂合有利性以及环境的异质性是造成居群内多态现象的重要原因.丰富的遗传多样性不仅为紫斑百合的自然选择进化提供了保证,还为开发利用这一野生花卉资源提供了基础信息.
【Abstract】 According to the population genetics theories,3 populations of Lilium nepalense D.Don were studied to explain the genetic system and genetic diversity of this plant.The result suggested that this species distributed widely in Yunnan province.There were high genetic variations within 3 populations.Because of the advantages of individual heterozygosis,the plant could grow well in the habitat.The abundant genetic diversity pledged the process of evolution to succeed.On the other hand,it provided information for wild lily flowers cultivation.
