热带植物花卉红掌叶腐病病原菌的分离与初步鉴定
The isolation and primary identification of pathogenici bacteria from the Anthuriums
【摘要】 用PDA和肉汤蛋白胨琼脂培养基平板,从云南省西双版纳红掌叶腐病病灶上分离到6株形态不同的细菌,经初步鉴定,其中5株分别属于伯克霍尔德氏菌属(Burkholderia),假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas),黄单胞菌属(Xanthomonas),棒杆菌属(Corynebacterium),另外1株其属分类地位还不确定.
【Abstract】 Through enrichment and serias streak on PDA and Nutrient Agar medium, six potential plant pathogenic bacteria strains were isolated from Anthurium’s blighted leaf.On the basis of the morphological,physiological and biochemical characteristics,five of these six strains could be included in the genus Burkholderia,Pseudomonas,Xanthomonas and Corynebacterium.The other one could not be put in any genus exactly.
