高温蛋白酶产生菌株YMTC1049的筛选与鉴定
Screening and characterization of thermophilic strains which producing thermophilic protease
【摘要】 从腾冲热海温泉样品中分离的53株蛋白酶产生菌,经初筛和复筛,获得1株高温蛋白酶活力为46.80U/mL,编号为YMTC1049的菌株.根据形态特征、生理生化特征和16SrDNA序列分析比较,将YMTC1049菌株鉴定为泥土芽孢杆菌属的菌株(Geobacillussp.).
【Abstract】 After primary screening and secondary screening,thermophilic bacterium strain YMTC?1049 which highly produced thermophilic protease was isolated from the samples from Tengchong.Strain YMTC1049 was most similar in morphological and physiological charateristers to Geobacillus genus.Phylogenetic analysis based on 16SrDNA sequences showed that strain YMTC?1049 is most closely related to Geobacillus stearothermophilus.Based on the data of phenotypic properties and 16?SrDNA sequence analysis,strain YMTC?1049 was determined temporarily as Geobacillus sp.
