放线菌YIM30997发酵特性及其活性组分提取方法的初步研究

【Abstract】 Strain YIM?30997,whose secondary products could inhibit powdery mildew efficiently,was isolated from soil samples collected in the northwestern of Yunnan P.R.China.During fermentation tests,air flow correlated closely with fermentation time.After testing various kinds of marcroporous adsorption resin,AB8 marcroporous adsorption resin had the best adsorption capacity.It can be used in extraction and purification.更多还原
