【Abstract】 The calculation method of spectrum analysis,the correlation analysis between the sea temperature on tropical Pacific and Indian Ocean and the rainfall in Southeast Asia is discussed.The results indicated the best lasted time and the key sectors that the rainfall in Southeast Asia influenced by the sea temperature on tropical Pacific and Indian Ocean.The strong signal phenomena of SSTA over tropical Pacific and Indian Ocean were revealed and it showed that the precipitation may be forecasted by analyzing the key sectors.更多还原
