云南玉溪产迷迭香挥发油成分分析
Analysis of volatile components from the stems and leaves of Rosmarinus officinalis L.in Yuxi,Yunnan.
【摘要】 采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取云南玉溪产迷迭香茎、叶中的挥发油,用GC毛细管柱进行分析,并用归一化法测定其相对含量,采用GC-MS对其化学成分进行了鉴定,共鉴定25个化学成分.
【Abstract】 Volatile oil was extracted from the stems and leaves of Rosmrinus officinalis L in Yuxi of Yunnan by vapour distillation method.The volatile oil was analyzed with GC-MS and GC capillary,column.25 constituents in volatile oil were identified.Correlative contents were determinated.
