大环化合物八甲基环二十碳四烯八酮的合成
Synthesis of a macrocyclic compound-octamethylcy cloeicosatetraeneoctaketone
【摘要】 通过呋喃和丙酮在酸性溶液中的缩合,得到大环化合物八甲基四氧杂口夸哒烯(1),化合物(1)经间氯过氧苯甲酸氧化,得八甲基环二十碳四烯八酮(2).化合物(1)和(2)的结构均经IR,1HNMR,13CNMR,MS得到验证.
【Abstract】 A macrocyclic compound,octamethylcycloeicosatetraeneoctaketone,was synthesized through two step reactions.Firstly,octamethyltetroxaquaterene (1) was obtained by condensation of furan and acetone.Octamethylcycloeicosatetraeneoctaketone (2) was synthesized by oxidation of compound(1)using m- chloroperoxybenzic acid.Compound(1)and compound(2) were identified by analysis of spectral data of IR,MS,1HNMR,13CMNR.
