【Abstract】 A macrocyclic compound,octamethylcycloeicosatetraeneoctaketone,was synthesized through two step reactions.Firstly,octamethyltetroxaquaterene (1) was obtained by condensation of furan and acetone.Octamethylcycloeicosatetraeneoctaketone (2) was synthesized by oxidation of compound(1)using m- chloroperoxybenzic acid.Compound(1)and compound(2) were identified by analysis of spectral data of IR,MS,1HNMR,13CMNR.更多还原
