黑缘红瓢虫种群动态及捕食功能的研究

【摘要】 采用田间调查和室内试验,对黑缘红瓢虫的种群消长规律和捕食功能进行了研究,研究结果表明,4月中旬和7月中下旬是黑缘红瓢虫发生的盛期。采用Holling-Ⅱ型方程和Holling-Ⅲ型功能反应模型对黑缘红瓢虫3龄、4龄幼虫和成虫捕食朝鲜球坚蚧的作用进行拟合,由模型得出,一头黑缘红瓢虫成虫、4龄幼虫、3龄幼虫对朝鲜球坚蚧的最佳寻找密度分别为76.31,35.61,32.24,其寻找效应均随着猎物密度的增加而降低,且在猎物密度相同的情况下,成虫的寻找效应大于幼虫,4龄幼虫寻找效应大于3龄幼虫。

【Abstract】 The population dynamics and predacious function of Chilocorus rubidus Hope were studied by the field survey and laboratory experiments. The results showed that Chilocorus rubidus Hope had the largest population in mid April and mid to late July respectively. The predaceous role of Chilocorus rubidus Hope to Didesmococcus koreamus Borché was simulated with the mathematical models of Holling-Ⅱ and Holling-Ⅲ. The result demonstrated that the best seeking density of adult, the fourth and third instar was about 7631,3561 and 3224 respectively. The seeking effect of the ladybird decreased with the increase population density of its prey. The seeking effect of the adult was bigger than that of the larva, and of the fourth instar was bigger than that of the third instar. 
