提高烤烟种子活力相关技术研究

【摘要】 通过水合—脱水方法及H2O2浸种处理,对7份不同活力水平的烤烟K326种子进行处理,并应用生理及生化指标对不同的处理结果进行了测定和分析。水合—脱水方法和H2O2浸种处理烤烟种子后,均能不同程度地提高中、低等活力水平,烤烟K326种子的活力,主要表现在种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数(简化)及活力指数(简化),有了明显的提高,种子浸种后的相对电导率与对照相比明显降低。而对高活力种子的活力则有轻微的抑制作用。在水合—脱水处理烤烟种子中,以水分平衡—浸泡—干燥处理的效果最佳。H2O2处理烤烟种子中,处理浓度为0 2%,浸种1d的效果最好。

【Abstract】 K326 seeds with 7 different vigor levels were treated by the hydrationdehydration method and H2O2 soaking, then the physiological and biochemical indexes were used to evaluate the effects of these treatments. The results showed that these two methods could increase the vigor levels of seeds with medium and low vigors. The germinating potential, germination percentage, germination index and vigor index had been improved obviously, where as the relative electric conductivity was much lower than that of the control and the vitality of seeds with higher vigor was restrained slightly. The effect of moisture equilibratedsoakeddried (ME-S-D) was the best among hydrationdehydration treatments and the oneday soaking with the concentration of 02% was the best among H2O2 treatments.
