【摘要】 随着工业和经济的大发展,中国城市化的发展取得了很大的成就,特别是20世纪90年代是中国城市化大发展的10年,城市数量、规模都发生巨变。而城市化的大发展也带来了一系列环境问题,20世纪的最后10年,中国洪水灾害发生频繁,中国城市化的发展对洪水灾害的发生和破坏程度有着很大的关联。城市化的发展不仅使城市周围的生态、河湖环境恶化,同时城市化的本身发展改变了城市地表结构和产生大量的城市生活垃圾对洪水灾害的破坏程度加大。合理有效的加强城市供给水设施和城市防洪设施是城市化发展中有待加强的。城市生态建设和垃圾的合理堆放和处置是减少洪水灾害破坏的有效途径。更多还原
