【Abstract】 The necessary measures of watersaving irrigation are to constitute plan according to local conditions based on technological and financial support. This paper reported that the watersaving irrigation there has achieved initial benefits due to the attention paid by the government of Liquan County, and pointed out the strategy that the watersaving irrigation should be industrialized in order to promote the structural adjustment of agricultural industries.更多还原
