【Abstract】 A feasible weather forecast technique based on the characteristics of the actual situation of the travel site is developed according to the observed data and the meteorological and climatic theories.The observed data of two adjacent observatories are compared and the differences between the meteorological elements are used to determine the correction index in order to increase the precisement of weather forecast for travel area.更多还原
