【Abstract】 Land, as the essential factor in agricultural production, should be operated properly so as to improve its beneficial results. Especially in the course of developing agricultural industralization and promoting the strategic adjustment of agriculture structure, the transfer mechanism of farming land tenure should be set up in order to realize the management of regional agricultural production in scale. This article analysed and discussed on the present situation of the transferring system of land tenure and relevant problems.
