【摘要】 近年来,随着我国高等教育事业的蓬勃发展以及教育体制的改革,我国已有一大批师范专科学校经合并后,升格为本科院校。升格前,这些学校教学工作相对薄弱。升格后,这些高校面临着尽快提高人才培养层次的任务,必须尽快地以部颁标准为依据,切实地从办学指导思想、师资队伍、教学条件与利用、教学建设与改革、教学管理、学风、教学效果等方面进行评估与建设,才能在教学质量上真正“升本”。更多还原
