新型换热器管子管板焊接工艺的研究
Research on Tube-Tube Plate Welding Procedure of New Type Heat Exchanger
【摘要】 管板堆焊镍基合金 ,换热管为铁素体钢管 ,管子管板接头为平齐式的换热器是一种新型结构的换热器。管子管板角焊缝的焊接采用A—GTAW焊接方法。通过实验发现 ,为了得到质量稳定、焊缝尺寸和形状能够满足设计和相关技术条件要求的焊接接头 ,在严格限制镍基合金和换热管杂质元素含量、合理选择焊接工艺参数、控制焊枪钨极与管壁相对位置的同时 ,应采取以下两方面工艺措施 :一是焊前对待焊区进行严格的清理 ,去除油、锈等杂质污物 ;二是在焊接过程中对管板进行低温预热
【Abstract】 With nickel-base alloy cladding on the tube-plate and with ferrite steel tubes for heat exchanging, a welding procedure for a new type of flush tube to tube-plate fillets heat exchanger was introduced. A-GTAW was applied to tube to tube-plate fillets.The test indicated that it was necessary to strictly limit impurity content of the nickel-base alloy and of the tube material, to select the welding procedure parameter and to control the relative position from the tungsten electrode of the welding torch to the tube wall so as to obtain quality welding joints with sizes and shapes complying with the design and specification. Meanwhile, the following two procedure were also very important : the one was to clean the surface to be welded and adjacent to remove the contaminants such as oil, grease and rust, etc. before welding; the other was to preheat tube plate before and during welding at lower temperature . The optimal welding procedure parameters and the distance between the tungsten electrode of welding torch and tube wall were only ensured after many tests. According to the test results, the new type heat changer has been made, and the quality is very good.
