镍材加热发生硫脆的试验研究
Investigation of Sulfur Brittleness on Heat Shaped Nickel
【摘要】 镍及镍合金具有优异的耐腐蚀性能 ,但在高温含硫气体中易腐蚀变脆 ,产生硫脆现象。通过金相及能谱分析 ,证实镍材应在退火状态下使用 ,对镍材压力容器和封头加热 (热成形、热处理 )时应严格控制加热温度及加热炉气氛 ,防止硫脆。
【Abstract】 The sulfur brittleness on heat shaped Monel was ivestigated by analyzing of metallographic test and energy graphic examination. The result indicated that it was important for nickel and nickel alloy to control heat temperature and atmosphere in heat stove or heat treatment and protect from sulfur brittleness in making the heads and pressure vessels.
