有限元法在U型波纹管自振频率计算中的运用
The Application of the Calculation of U-Shape Bellows NaturalFrequencies by Finite Element Analysis
【摘要】 介绍了在对一种U型多层波纹管自振频率进行计算时有限元模型的建立方法,包括各个层网格的划分、层与层之间的耦合以及对法兰盘和加强环等附加件的简化处理,最后根据自振频率的计算结果验证该方法的正确性。
【Abstract】 Bellows is widely used in various fields as compensation, joint and store energy equipments. This paper introduces the method of founding U-shaped bellows finite element model for calculating its natural frequency. It includes grid partition of every layer, coupling between layers and disposal of affixes such as flange and reinforce loops. And finally proves its validity by the result of natural frequency.
