玻璃体视网膜术后黄斑区视网膜光学相干断层扫描图像意义探讨
Optical coherence tomography of macula after virtreoretinal surgery
【摘要】 目的 探讨光学相干断层扫描图像 (OCT)在玻璃体视网膜术后黄斑形态检测中的意义。方法 应用zeiss HumphreyOCT检查仪对 48例 (48眼 ) ,经玻璃体视网膜术后临床检查为复位成功的患者黄斑区进行经中心凹水平和垂直扫描 ,观察黄斑形态 ,并测量中心凹神经上皮层厚度。结果 48眼接受检查 ,黄斑结构正常 10眼 ;黄斑水肿 12眼 ;黄斑变薄 6眼 ;神经上皮下积液 8眼 ;视网膜色素上皮脱离 3眼 ;黄斑前膜 7眼 ;黄斑裂孔 2眼。术后黄斑的形态及中心凹神经上皮层厚度与术后视力存在一定关系。结论 OCT能精确探查玻璃体视网膜术后黄斑结构变化 ,并且在病变的定量随访中有重要意义
【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo measure macular structure after vitreorential surgery with opti cal coherence tomography(OCT).MethodsThe macula of 48 cases (48 eyes) underw ent vitreoretinal surgery were scanned through fovea vertically and horizontally using OCT.Morphology of the macula was observed and the thickness of neurosenso ry retina in fovea was measured.ResultsMacula of 10 eyes were normal.Macular edema was seen in 12 eyes.Macula of 6 eyes became thin,and there were 3 eyes su ffering from retinal pigment epithelial detachment.Epiretinal membranes with mac ular edema were found in 7 eyes.There were 2 eyes suffering from macular hole, a nd 8 eyes showed subretinal fluid.ConclusionOCT can exactly display macular structure, and it has an important significance in the follow-up after virtreor etinal surgery.
