维甲酸修饰人工晶状体植入防治后囊混浊的研究
Effect of retinoic acid modified IOL implantation on prevention of posterior capsule opacification in rabbit eyes
【摘要】 目的 研究维甲酸修饰人工晶状体(RAM IOL)植入术后房水内药物释放特点及其对后囊混浊的影响。方法 24只新西兰白兔随机分为3组,分别植入未经修饰的PMMA IOL和经5μg、10μg维甲酸修饰的RAM IOL,术后第2、7、14、30d采用高效液相色谱法检测房水中的药物质量浓度,裂隙灯检查后囊混浊情况。结果 RAM IOL植入兔眼内7~14d可保持稳定的房水药物质量浓度,后囊混浊程度较轻。结论 RAM IOL植入可显著抑制后囊混浊的发生,有可能成为防治后囊混浊的有效方法。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the change of drug concentration in aqueous humor following retinoic acid modified intraocular lens(RAM IOL) and its effect on prevention of posterior capsule opacification( PCO). Methods Twenty-four New Zealand white rabbits were divided into 3 groups and non-modified polymethylmethacrylate IOLs,5μg or 10μg RAM IOLs were implanted in each rabbit respectively. At 2,7,14,30 days postoperatively, retinoic acid concentration in aqueous humor was detected by high performance liquid chromatography. All eyes were examined by slitlamp to observe the formation of PCO. Results The retinoic acid concentration in RAM IOLs implantation groups remained stable in postoperative 7 to 14 days with lower degree PCO. Conclusion RAM IOLs implantation can significantly inhibit the formation of PCO.
