【摘要】 目的　评价灯盏细辛对眼压已控制的青光眼神经保护作用。方法　采用前瞻性、随机、双盲、安慰剂对照的研究方法 ,将眼压已控制的中晚期青光眼患者共 45例 ( 4 5眼 ) ,分层随机分为年龄匹配的灯盏细辛治疗组 ( 2 3例 )和安慰剂对照组 ( 2 2例 )。治疗组口服灯盏细辛 (EBHM) 2片 ,3次 /d ,对照组口服安慰剂 ,连续 6个月 ,每月复诊 1次。治疗前及每月复诊均检查矫正视力、眼压、视乳头杯盘比 (C/D)、自动静态阈值视野、血压和脉搏。结果　EBHM组与对照组在 6个月中平均眼压分别为 14 17mmHg± 2 5 0mmHg( 8～ 2 1mmHg)和 14 5 2mmHg± 1 94mmHg( 8～ 19mmHg) (P =0 5 98)。治疗 6个月后EBHM组平均敏感度 (MS)增加 1 42dB ,对照组MS下降 0 95dB(P =0 0 0 0 )。EBHM组和对照组视野进步率分别为 5 6 5 2 %和 4 5 5 % (P =0 0 0 1)。结论　灯盏细辛为一安全、无毒副作用的中草药 ,具有提高青光眼患者MS和部分改善原有视野缺损的作用 ,可作为视神经保护剂应用于治疗眼压已控制的青光眼。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo evaluate the neuroprotection effect of erigeron breviscapus (vant) hand mazz (EBHM) on patients with intraocular pressure controlled glaucoma.MethodsA prospective, randomized, double masked, placebo control clinical trial was conducted. 45 patients (eyes) with moderate and late glaucoma were enrolled and randomly assigned to EBHM group and age matched placebo control group. Follow up visits were scheduled every month. The following tests were performed at the beginning and at every visit: IOP, corrected visual acuity, C/D ratio, visual field (Twinfield, OCULUS, Germany), heart rate and blood pressure. ResultsThe IOP was 14 17±2 50 mmHg and 14 52±1 94 mmHg for EBHM and control groups, respectively ( P =0 598) for 6 months After 6 months, mean sensitivity (MS) increased 1 42 dB in EBHM group, and dropped 0 95 dB in control group ( P =0 000). The rate of visual field improvement in EBHM and control groups was 56 52% and 4 55%, respectively ( P =0 001). No systemic side effects related to EBHM were found.ConclusionsEBHM could improve visual field in patients with IOP controlled glaucoma. When IOP was below 15 mmHg, EBHM has less risk for the glaucomatous optic neuropathy and greater effect on reducing the visual field defects. EBHM therapy shows favorable effect on patients with moderate and late glaucoma.更多还原
