【摘要】 农村的发展应该是整体的、全面的发展。在建设农村物质文明和精神文明的同时也应建设好农村的政治文明。由于受经济、文化、农村干部素质等因素的制约,农民的政治意识存在着一些问题。针对这些问题作者提出了相应的对策:大力加强物质文明建设,摒弃传统文化的消极影响,提高农民政治素质,提高干部素质,规范干部行为等,只有这样才能促进农民的政治意识文明的整体发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of the countryside should be a holistic and all-sided one. So with the construction of its material civilization and spiritual civilization, it is necessary to build the political civilization in the countryside as well. Because of the restrictions of such factors as economic condition, cultural level and the cadres’ intrinsic qualifications, there exist some problems with the peasantry’ a political consciousness. Aiming at these problems, this paper advances some countermeasures, for example, to strengthen the construction of the material civilization, to resist the negative influence of traditional culture on the peasantry and enhance their political levels, to improve the cadres’ qualities and standardize their behaviors, etc. Only in this way can the political consciousness of the peasantry be developed and strengthened.更多还原
