基于遗传算法的真空感应炉PID温度控制系统
GA-based PID temperature control system for vacuum induction furnace
【摘要】 针对真空感应炉的温度控制,提出了一种基于遗传算法的PID控制方法。该控制器以系统误差、控制器输出、上升时间和超调量构成的函数为性能指标,利用遗传算法全局搜索能力获取一组最优的PID参数KP、KI、KD,并且能根据实时获取的误差在线调整PID参数。应用结果说明,该温度控制器具有良好的动、静态特性、自适应性和鲁棒性。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the temperature control for vacuum induction furnace,a kind of GAbased PID control method is presented.The performance index of the controller is a function that consists of error,output,rising time and overshooting of the system.A group of optimum PID parameters,KP,KI and KD,are acquired with the aid of global search ability of GA and PID parameters can be adjusted online based on real time error.Application results show that the temperature control system has good dynamic and static performances,adaptive capability and robustness.
