线材控冷轧制热过程数学模型及其数值仿真

【摘要】 在详细分析钢坯出炉后热过程特点的基础上 ,建立了线材控冷轧制热过程数学模型。在验证数学模型正确可信的基础上 ,分析了各种因素对控冷轧制过程的影响。所做工作对国内同类生产线有重要的指导意义。

【Abstract】 The mathematical model of wire cool controlled rolling based on the analysis of thermal process of billet after being discharged is established. Simulative calculation based on the practical instance is carried out, and the influence of each factor on rolling process is analyzed. This can be an important sample for our domestic same enterprise.
