【摘要】 目的　总结恙虫病并发肺损害的临床特点。方法　对 1995年 7月至 2 0 0 2年 12月收治的恙虫病并发肺损害 3 6例患者资料进行回顾性分析。结果　所有病例均有高热 ,其中伴咳嗽 2 3例 ( 63 .9% ) ,伴咳痰 13例 ( 3 6.1% ) ,重症者伴气促、紫绀 ,肺部罗音 19例 ( 5 2 .8% ) ;胸部X线表现为两肺纹理增粗、模糊 2 2例 ( 61.1% ) ,支气管肺炎 10例 ( 2 7.8% ) ,2 5例 ( 69.4% )入院前被误诊。结论　恙虫病并发肺损害病例易误诊 ,延误治疗可致死亡更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical characteristics of scrub typhus with complication of pulmonary damage.Methods Clinical data of 36 patients from July 1995 to december 2002 were analyzed retrospectively.Results All the cases showed high fever,in which 23 cases(63.9%) had cough,13 cases(36.1%) had sputum,19 severe cases(52.8%) accompanied hyspnea and cyanosis had rales;Chest X-ray:22 cases (61.1%) showed blur and increase of lung markings,10 cases (27.8%) showed bronchopneumonia lesion,25 cases (69.4%) were misdiagnosed before hospitalization.Conclusion Scrub typhus with complication of pulmonary damage may be misdiagnosed easily,delay treatment may cause death.更多还原
