有机电致发光二极管的透明阴极的研制
Research and Development of Transparent Cathode of Organic Light Emitting Diode
【摘要】 介绍了利用LaB6材料制作透明有机电致发光二极管(TransparentOrganicLightEmittingDiode,TOLED)的透明阴极的特性;研究了80~250nm膜厚的透明阴极的光谱特性———在可见光范围内的透过率,其透过率在40%~70%之间,并对LaB6材料制作的透明阴极与利用Mg∶Ag合金和ITO制作的透明阴极的性能进行了比较。LaB6作阴极的TOLED更利于实现高分辨率的彩色显示。
【Abstract】 This paper mainly discusses the characters of transparent organic light emitting diode using LaB6 as transparent cathode material. The transparency of transparent organic light emitting diode with the thickness of 80nm and 250nm is tested.The transparency is between 40% and 70%, so it can be used in helmetmounted, windshieldmounted or other "headup" displays.
