退火对聚合物有机发光器件的影响
Effects of Thermal Annealing on Polymer Light Emitting Devices
【摘要】 制作了结构为ITO/MEH PPV/Al的单层聚合物有机发光器件(PLED),在镀铝电极前后分别对器件进行高于MEH PPV玻璃化温度的退火处理。结果表明,镀铝电极后的退火处理可使器件的效率提高30%左右,器件的寿命增加40%左右;而镀铝电极前的退火处理对器件影响不大。
【Abstract】 The effects of thermal annealing on the performance of the ITO/MEHPPV/Al device was investigated . The thermal annealing was performed at the temperature above the glass transition temperature of MEHPPV before and after Al deposition, respectively. It is remarkable that the annealing treatment after Al deposition makes the EL efficiency enhanced about 30% and increases the half decay time about 40%, while the annealing treatment before Al deposition has little effect on the device.
