【Abstract】 A good driving method is very important for OLED displays. Activematrix and passivematrix driving methods have been utilized now. In this paper, these two methods are reviewed. In particular, it is shown that activematrix driving is necessary for high information content displays, and for this particular application, polysilicon material is the only serious candidate for thin film transistor fabrication at present.It is also emphasised that the present trend is in favour of digital addressing.更多还原
