【Abstract】 The review results of progress speed, integrated technology and materials for TFTLCD and new model of LCD were presented in this paper. The review results means that progress speed of TFTLCD is 4.1～5.1times/3years which is obtained by multiplying with the progress speed of substrate glass size, screen size and resolutions, this speed is faster than that of microelectronics.更多还原
