【Abstract】 Translation of S&T achievements in high institution involves many problems of mechanism,such as multi-channel and multi-form investment mechanism,industry-university integrated innovative mechanism,modern enterprise system operation mechanism of school running enterprises,standardized medial mechanism,setting project mechanism for applied development and research and so on.
