【Abstract】 Insufficient interdisciplinary development,"small but full" technical platform,and weakness of research teams are main problems in S&T innovation in the universities of China. In order to deal with these problems,propose following measures:1) to organize multidisciplinary faculty forums;2) to establish research centers or institutes at the university level which are operated above and beyond the current compartmentalized infrastructure;3) to explore and implement a novel management mechanism,i.e.,contractual system,which presumably fits the current status of R&D in the high education system of China,and which will lead to the formation of research teams that are capable of accomplishing major research tasks.更多还原
