【摘要】 把技术进步看作一个系统过程,从逻辑斯蒂曲线出发,指出技术进步具有三个特点:不确定性、阶段性和技术复杂化;在此基础上,从三方面探讨了技术进步对企业组织变革的影响,即技术进步的不确定性对企业柔性化的影响,技术进步的阶段性对企业集权和分权的影响,以及技术复杂化对企业自组织网络化的影响。研究结论对企业组织设计和变革有一定的指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper views technology progress as a systematic process. According to the Logistic curve,we point out three characteristics of technology progress,namely uncertainty,phase multification and technological complication. Based on this view,it discusses the impact of technology progress on the changes of enterprises from three aspects. They are the impact of the uncertainty of the technology progress on the enterprises’ flexibility,the impact of the phase multification of the technology progress on the enterprises’ centralization and the impact of technological complication on the enterprises’ selforganizational networking. The conclusions we get will benefit the design and reform of the organizational structure.更多还原
