【Abstract】 With the rapid development of Electronic Commerce,the business value of Domain Name appears increasingly. After Chinese Domain Name was adopted formally.the pinnacles of registration raise again and again. At the same time,some problems become the hot topic for discussion,such as "Does Domain Name belongs to intellectuai property?""How to protect Domain Name?"
