【Abstract】 The structure and functions of remote monitoring and diagnosis system for high-speed-wires rolling mill are introduced. The system adopts B/S model and SOAP /Web Service technology and is programed in C++ Builder language.It 600710well solves the problem of dynamic display for on-line data,load equilibria and thin client.
