【摘要】 目的　探讨高危人群各类染色体异常的发生规律。方法　对 72 7例遗传咨询者的外周血淋巴细胞进行常规悬浮培养、制片 ,G显带核型分析。结果　共检出异常核型 61例 ,检出率为 8.3 9% ,其中世界首报核型 2例。结论　染色体异常在桂西及周边地区的发生率比较高 ,对高危人群进行染色体检查 ,为临床治疗及优生优育指导提供依据 ,具有重要意义更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the regularity of outbreak of various chromosome anomalies among high-risk population. Methods Routine drop cultures for the peripheral blood lymphocytes of 727 inquirers on heredity were made and produced as well as G band karyotype analysis. Results 61 cases of abnormal karyotype were detected, detection rate: 8.39%, among which two were first reported in the world. Conclusion Incidence rate of chromosome anomalies are quite high in western Guangxi and the surrounding areas, it is of far reaching importance to proceed chromosome examination among high-risk population for clinical treatment and bear and rear better children.更多还原
