双降胶囊对高脂血症大小鼠作用的研究

【摘要】 目的 研究双降胶囊对高脂血症大、小鼠模型的降血脂作用及对其体重增长的影响。方法 对高脂血症大、小鼠模型分别给予双降胶囊 0 .5、1 .0g/kg·d- 1 灌胃给药 ,连续 1 0天 ,检测血清总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL -C) ,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL -C)的含量 ,并与正常对照组、高脂模型组及绞股蓝组进行比较。结果 双降胶囊能显著降低高脂血症大、小鼠TC、TG、LDL -C ,HDL -C含量 ,与各对照组比较 ,差异有高度显著性 ,P均 <0 .0 1或 0 .0 5 ;同时对大、小鼠体重异常增长有明显的抑制作用 ,P均 <0 .0 1或 0 .0 5。结论 双降胶囊具有显著的降血脂作用 ,对体重异常增长也有明显的抑制作用

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of SHUANGJIANG capsules on decreasing the serum lipid levels and inhibiting the animal growth in rats and mice hyperlipidemia models. Methods The rats and mice hyperlipidemia models were perfused with SHUANGJIANG capsules 0.5g and 1.0g/kg each day for 10 days, respectively, which was divided as the therapeutic group. Then the levels of TC, TG, LDL-C and HDL-C were detected and compared to those in the control, hyperlipidemia and Gypenosides groups. Results SHUANGJIANG capsules could significantly decrease the levels of TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C, the differences were statistically significant in comparision to those in each control groups, all P<0.01 or <0.05; meanwhile, it could markedly inhibit the abnormal growth of the animals, P<0.01 or <0.05. Conclusions SHUANGJIANG capsules could effectively decrease the serum lipid and inhibit the abnormal growth of the animals.
