【摘要】 目的　总结人工心脏瓣膜置换术的成功经验。方法　回顾性分析 5 6例心脏瓣膜置换术的术前准备 ,手术技术及术后处理等。结果　MVR17例 ,MVR +TVP12例 ,AVR9例 ,AVR +MVR18例 (10例同时行TVP)。术后低心排综合征 4例 ,急性心包填塞 1例 ,室性心律失常 2例 ,肺不张 2例 ,肾功能不全 2例 ,反复室颤 1例 ,快速房颤 1例 ,顽固性右心衰 1例。早期死亡 2例 ,早期病死率为 3 .6%。结论　加强围手术期管理 ,提高手术技术及改进心肌保护方法 ,可明显降低术后并发症及病死率更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize successful experience of artificial heart valve replacements. Method To retrospectively analyze preoperative preparations, operational techniques and aftertreatments etc. Result 17 MVR, 12 MVR+TVP, 9 AVR, 18 AVR+MVR(10 were also receiving TVP). 4 hypokinemia syndrome after operation, 1 acute heart tamponade, 2 ventricular arrhythmias, 2 atelectasis, 1 ventricular fibrillation, 1 fast atria fibrillation, 1 refractory right ventricular heart failure, 2 early death, early fatality rate: 3.6%。 Conclusion Strict supervision on bypass , modification of operational technique and improvement of cardiac muscle protection methods can significantly lower complication and fatality rate.更多还原
