粉煤灰处理冶金含油废水

【摘要】 研究了粉煤灰处理冶金含油废水的最佳工艺条件。室温下 ,pH =1 3 ,搅拌 3 0min ,灰水的质量比为 1∶1 0时 ,除油效果最好 ,油去除率达到了 95 43 %。若再加入A1Cl3,形成絮凝沉降 ,在A1Cl3浓度为 2 0 0mg/L时 ,油去除率可提高至 96 46% ,出水含油量由 2 5 6降至 9 0 6mg/L ,达到国家含油废水一级排放标准

【Abstract】 The optimum condition of fly ash treating oil-wastewater was researched.The experiment indicated that the removed rate of oil was as high as 95^43% when pH was 13,stir time was 30 minutes and proportion of ash to water was 1∶10.If the concentration of A1Cl 3 was 200mg/L in the wastewater,the removed rate of oil can increase to 96^46% and the concentration of oil in the treated wastewater reduced from 256mg/L to 9^06mg/L,which is up to the nation first-degree standard.
