【Abstract】 Analyzing from social historical psychology, this article tries to apperceive the internal clash and mechanism of merchants’ ethics formation in Ming and Qing Dynasty by the reaction of individual merchant and their community facing the traditional Confucian ethics and system discrimination, thereby revealing the historical characteristics of merchants ethics in Ming and Qing Dynasty and the ethics destiny. Sequentially the author discusses the features of the temporal merchants ethics and what this brings to Chinese economic ethics building during system- transferring period.更多还原
