改善磷生铁成分 降低阳极铝炭压降
Improving phosphrated pigiron composition and lowering anode Al&C content voltage drop
【摘要】 介绍了预焙电解槽的阳极浇注工艺 ,通过数据测试与分析表明 ,磷生铁成分对阳极的铝炭压降影响很大 ,尤其是硫元素的含量 ,对阳极铝炭压降的影响至关重要。本文通过实践与探索 ,找出了改善阳极磷生铁的成分、降低铝炭压降的方法 ,效果良好
【Abstract】 This paper introduced the anode casting technology of prebaked cell. On the basis of analysing the data, the phosphrated pig iron to Al&C voltage drop of the anode had great influnce, especially S content. It was very impotant to influence Al&C voltage drop. This paper based on practice and exploration, find out improving the composition of pig iron anode and lower Al&C voltage drop. Good results were gained.
