长庆油田陕北区原油破乳剂的筛选和复配

【摘要】 实验考察了 8种市售水溶性破乳剂对长庆油田陕北区有代表性的宝塔区、安塞和子长原油 (均为低硫中间基 石蜡基原油 )的脱水效果 (加量 10 0mg/L ,脱水温度 5 5℃ ,时间 3h)。目前长庆采油一厂使用的YT 10 0和延炼集团使用的GT 94 0对这 3种原油的脱水效果均较好 ,但对子长原油的脱水率不高 ,分别为 6 9.7%和 5 8.9%。在由所选性能较好的破乳剂组成的 4种二元复配物中 ,GT 94 0 +HQ96 1对 3种原油的脱水效果均高于单剂 ,最佳配比分别为 4∶1,4∶1,3∶2 ;其余 3种复配物则对原油有选择性 ,其中GT 94 0 +YT 10 0相近 (97.5 % ) ;YT 10 0 +HQ96 1仅能改善子长原油的脱水效果 ,配比为 4∶1时脱水率最高 (76 .4 % ) ;SP 16 9+HQ96 1仅能改善宝塔区原油的脱水效果 ,配比 3∶2和 2∶3时脱水率最高 (92 .9% )。表 5参 6。

【Abstract】 commercial water soluble demulsifiers are tested for dehydrating 3 representative low sour intermediate paraffinic crude oils from Baotaqu, Ansai, and Zichang of Changqing at 55℃ in 3 hrs with dosage of 100 mg/L. YT 100 and GT 940, being used presently in the 1st Changqing oil production factory and Yanan refinery company, respectively, are effective for all these crudes but give lower dehydration rate (DR), 69.7% and 58.9%, respectively, for Zichang crude. Of 4 binary combinations of selected better demulsifiers, increase in DR of all these 3 crudes is observed only with GT 940+HQ96 1 and their optimal ratio is 4∶1,4∶1,and 3∶2,respectively; other binary combinations have selectivity to crudes: GT 940+YT 100 of ratio 1∶4 accelerate dehydration of Ansai crude significantly giving ultimate DR, 97.5%, close to that by YT 100; YT 100+HQ96 1 improve dehydration of Zichang crude only and the maximal DR, 76.4%, is obtained at ratio 4∶1; SP 169+HQ96 1 improve dehydration of Baotaqu crude only and the highest DR, 92.9%, appears at ratios 3∶2 and 2∶3.
