异色满并含氮杂环类衍生物的合成

【摘要】以异色满酮 4为起始原料 ,利用 4 位羰基和α 位氢的缩合反应 ,合成出异色满并吡啶、异色满并嘧啶、异色满并喹啉和异色满并萘啶类化合物 ,所合成的新化合物均经核磁共振光谱、红外光谱及元素分析证明其结构 .更多还原

【Abstract】 Isochroman-fused pyridons (4a～5b), isochroman-fused pyrimidines (7a～7b), isochroman-fused quinolines (8a～8b) and isochroman-fused naphthyridine (9) were synthesized from isochroman-4-one by condensation at 3- and 4-positions. The structures of all these compounds were characterized by elemental analyses, IR and 1H NMR spectra.更多还原
