(Z)-1-[2-(三苄基锡基)乙烯基]环庚醇及其衍生物的合成和性质
Synthesis and Properties of (Z)-1-[2-(Tribenzylstannyl)vinyl]-1- cycloheptanol and Its Benzylhalostannyl Derivatives
【摘要】 通过三苄基氢化锡与 1 乙炔基环庚醇发生加成反应 ,得到了一种有机锡化合物 :(Z) 1 [2 (三苄基锡基 )乙烯基 ]环庚醇 ( 1) .化合物 1与I2 ,Br2 和ICl按 1∶1和 1∶2摩尔比投料进行卤化反应 ,得到 6种构型保持的有机锡一卤化物 2~ 4及二卤化物 5~ 7.有机锡一卤化物 3与KOH乙醇溶液反应 ,得到了相应的有机锡氢氧化物 8.以上 8种新化合物均通过熔点测定、元素分析、锡含量测定、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱对其结构进行了表征 .并对其中的有机锡化合物 1,3 ,4,6,7进行了体外抗P3 88血癌活性测定 ,其中有机锡化合物 4,6,7表现出强效 .
【Abstract】 Ethynyl 1 cycloheptanol reacted with tribenzylstannyl hydride (C 6H 5CH 2) 3SnH generating the corresponding ( Z ) 1 [2 (tribenzylstannyl)vinyl] 1 cycloheptanol (1). The compound 1 obtained reacted with one or two equivalents of halogen (I 2, Br 2 or ICl) to form the associated ( Z ) 1 [2 (dibenzylhalostannyl)vinyl] 1 cycloheptanol or ( Z ) 1 [2(benzyldihalostannyl)vinyl] 1 cycloheptanol (2~7), respectively. The organotin hydroxide 8 was prepared by the reaction of 3 with KOH. All compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR spectra, and the antitumor activity of compounds 1, 3, 4, 6 and 7 was determined. And it was found that they were potent antitumor agents, being effective against P388 cells in mice.
