铜盐与二甲氧基嘧啶胺配合物的合成及其结构表征

【摘要】 利用氯化苄基三乙基胺 (TEBA)为催化剂 ,改进文献方法提高 2 氨基 4 ,6 二甲氧基嘧啶 (AMP)的产率 .无水乙醇中回流制得水合氯化铜和硝酸铜与AMP的物质的量比为 1∶2的固态配合物 ,用化学分析和元素分析确定它们的组成为Cu(AMP) 2 Cl2 ( 1)和Cu(AMP) 2 (NO3 ) 2 ( 2 ) ;用IR ,XPS和1HNMR等手段研究了它们的成键情况 :配合物中配体通过氨基N原子和嘧啶环上一个N原子与Cu2 + 双齿配位 ,配合物 2中NO3 -未参与配位 ,中心离子Cu2 + 分别为sp3 d2 和sp3 杂化 ,配位数为 6和 4.据此 ,推测了它们的可能结构 .

【Abstract】 On the basis of the literature, the synthetic method of 2-amino-4,6-dimethoxy-pyrimidine (AMP) was ameliorated and the yield was improved. The complexes of hydrous copper chloride and copper nitrate with AMP in a molar ratio of 1∶2 were prepared through reflux in alcohol. The composition of the complexes Cu(AMP) 2Cl 2(1) and Cu(AMP) 2(NO 3) 2 (2) were determined by chemical and elemental analyses. The bonds between Cu 2+ and AMP were investigated by IR, XPS and 1H NMR, which showed that nitrogen atom in the amino group and one of nitrogen atoms in the pyridine ring coordinated to Cu 2+ in bidentate fashion when NO 3 - in the complex 2 did not participated in the coordination. From the analytical results, it is assumed that Cu 2+ in the complexes 1 and 2 hybridized separately in sp 3d 2 and sp 3 with the coordination number of 6 and 4.
