激光快速成型系统中自适应分层算法及实现
The Realization of Self-adapting Zoning Algorithm in Laser Rapid Prototyping System
【摘要】 在对激光快速成型原理进行介绍的基础上,提出了一种能够根据三维实体轮廓变化情况自动选取分层厚度的自适应分层算法,其特点为:在确定某层的分层厚度时,不需要多次的试切过程,只要利用前一层片截面多边形上各边的顶点坐标,以及与各边相关的三角面片的对应关系和三维实体的点、面、边的拓扑信息,就可以直接计算出下一层满足分层精度要求的分层厚度,可以提高计算效率.在论文中对该算法的实现方法和实验结果进行了介绍.
【Abstract】 In this paper, the principle of laser rapid prototyping system is introduced, and a method of selfadapting layering algorithm is put forward, which can select automatically zoning thickness in term of the three dimension outline. The characteristic of this algorithm is: when the zoning thickness is being fixed on, only the top point coordinates of the previous lay section outline polygon and the developing relative of the correlative triangular surfaces are used, the zoning thickness meeting precision demand can be calculated directly. Not like other selfadapting layering algorithm, many times preparatory zoning disposal processing is needed. Using of this algorithm can raise machining precision and efficiency of calculation and prototyping. In this paper, the realization and testing result of the algorithm are illuminated.
