介质层位置对放电冷等离子体去除NO的影响

【摘要】 设计了一套高压电源装置以及相应的同轴圆柱-筒介质阻挡放电管,研究了介质层位置变化对放电冷等离子体去除NO的影响.实验结果表明,本文实验范围内,在其他条件不变和介质层厚度固定的情况下,介质层越靠近中心电极,NO的去除率越高.流量越大,NO初始浓度越高,这种趋势越明显.并对此作了简要的理论分析.

【Abstract】 Nonthermal plasma technologies are being widely utilized to reduce air pollutant, such as NOx, SOx, etc. Most studies of NO removal with discharge nonthermal plasma in literatures mainly focused on the influences of the power supply frequency, efficiency and different electrode configurations, etc. In this paper a set of high voltage power and coaxial cylindertube electrode dielectric barrier discharge reactor are designed to study the influence of the position of the dielectric layer on the NO removal with the discharge nonthermal plasma. The experimental results indicate that the NO removal rate will increase with the dielectric layer closer to the central electrode when other experimental conditions are given and the thickness of the dielectric layer is fixed. The influence is more remarkable at higher gas flow rate and NO initial density.
