季铵化硅烷的合成与应用
Synthesis & applications of quaternary ammonium silane.
【摘要】 利用γ -氯丙基三甲氧基硅烷与N ,N -二甲基十八胺反应 ,合成了N ,N -二甲基 -N -十八烷基氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷季铵盐 (BFS) ,对其抑菌性能及与氨基硅微乳同浴使用的效果进行了测定和研究。结果表明 :BFS用量为 10g/L条件下 ,能使整理后的棉织物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌的抑菌率分别达到 99 82 %和 99 12 % ;而与氨基硅微乳同浴使用 ,所整理的织物不仅抑菌效果显著 ,柔软性良好 ,而且具有舒适的手感 ;另外 ,弱酸性使用条件有助于BFS和氨基硅微乳的协同效应 ,表现出最佳的整理效果。
【Abstract】 N,N-dimethyl-N-octadecylaminopropyltrimethoxy silane (BFS) was synthesized by γ-chloropropyl trimethoxy silane and octadecyldimethylamine. The antibiotic properties and applications effects of BFS as well as that of BFS with ammosilicone emulsion in fabrics were studied. Experimental results indicated that on the condition of 10 g/L BFS emulsion, the treated cotton has antibiotic yield of 99.82 % to golden staphylococcus and 99.12 % to colon bacillus. When applying to fabrics in company with aminosilicone emulsion, BFS could impart the fabrics with good antibiotic properties, excellent softness, as well as pleasant handle. In addition, it also shows excellent finishing result with a weak acidic circumstance to BFS cooperated with amino silicone emulsion.
