传感器用双组分加成型硅凝胶的研究

【摘要】 以聚甲基乙烯基硅氧烷为基胶、含氢硅油为交联剂、氯铂酸配合物为催化剂、含乙烯基的MQ树脂为补强填料、含环氧基的硅氧烷为增粘剂 ,配制加成型双组分硅凝胶 ;研究了聚甲基乙烯基硅氧烷基胶摩尔质量、交联剂的用量、催化剂的用量、MQ树脂的用量、增粘剂的用量等对硅凝胶性能的影响。结果表明 :选用粘度为 12 0 0~ 15 0 0mPa·s的基胶 ,按基胶质量计交联剂用量为 3 5 %~ 4 0 % ,MQ树脂用量为 6 0 %~ 8 0 % ,增粘剂用量为 0 9% ,铂催化剂用量 60× 10 - 6 ,可制得外观无色透明 ,硫化时间 3~ 6h、针入度大于 10 0的硅凝胶

【Abstract】 The additional two-component silicone gel was prepared by taking vinyl-containing polydimenthylsiloxane as basic components, hydrogen-containing silicone oil as cross-linking agent, platinum chloride coordination compound as catalyst, vinyl-containing MQ silicone resin as reinforced filler and epoxy group-containing siloxane as tackifier. The effects of molar mass of basic components, content of cross-linking agent, catalyst and tackifier on the performance of silicone gel were discussed. The preferable technical formula was that taking basic components with viscosity of 1200~1500 mPa·s, cross-linking agent 3.5 %~4.0 % according to mass of basic components, vinyl-containing MQ resin 6.0 %~8.0 %, tackifier 0.9% and platinum catalyst 60×10 -6 . It has transparent appearance, 3 to 6 hours curing time, exceed 100 penetration-graded.
